Important Information:
During the upgrade period, access to MT4 and MT5 accounts will also be temporarily unavailable. Please take note of the following impacts:
1. Trading Halt: No orders will be executed during the upgrade period.
2. Suspended Functions: Deposit, withdrawal, data retrieval, and account opening services will be temporarily unavailable.
3. Third-Party Tools: External tools such as Expert Advisors (EAs) will be affected.
To minimise disruptions, we recommend making any necessary arrangements in advance.
All services will be fully restored once the upgrade is complete. Your trading account login credentials will remain unchanged.
